Obregon back in Wisconsin in Kenosha County Jail

The suspect in the homicide of a Kenosha man who eluded police for almost two weeks and eventually was caught in Illinois, is back in Wisconsin.

From a statement from the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department issued this afternoon:

Andrew Obregon, 32, of Brighton, waived his extradition to Kenosha County, today in a Lake County, IL court appearance.  He has been safely transported back to the Kenosha County Jail by Kenosha County Sheriff’s Deputies. Obregon is scheduled to appear in the Kenosha County Intake Courtroom, 927-54th Street, Room 157, Nov. 4, at 1 p.m.
