The fire that damaged a feed store in Trevor early this morning is being investigated by the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department.
The fire, detected around midnight this morning, “does have a suspicious origin and is being investigated as an arson at this time,” Sgt. Bill Beth, Sheriff’s Department spokesman said via email.
Two nearby taverns — one in the 25800 block of Wilmot Road, Trevor and another in the 11300 block of 258th Court, Trevor — also were burglarized last night. It is unknown at this time if the three incidents are related, Beth said.
