The National Weather Service has now issued a severe thunderstorm warning for an area that includes Kenosha County.
This warning is set to be in effect until 1:15 p.m.
Winds of 60 mph have been observed with this storm, the warning says.
UPDATE 1:23 p.m. — The warning has expired. A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 6 p.m.
