Units responding for barn fire in Randall

At about 11:09 p.m., Randall Fire Department, Town of Wheatland Fire Department, Twin Lakes Fire Department, Twin Lakes Rescue and Silver Lake Fire Department units and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a barn fire in the 39400 block of Bloomfield Road in Randall.

Flames and smoke are visible, caller told dispatch. There are reportedly horses inside the barn.

UPDATE 11:17 p.m. — MABAS box alarm called for mutual aid. Responding are Town of Salem Fire/Rescue with and engine and a tender (tanker), Twin Lakes Rescue with an ambulance and Paris Fire Department with a tanker for a change of quarters to Randall Fire Station No. 2 (Bassett).

UPDATE 11:30 p.m. — Richmond and Burlington fire departments responding as well.

UPDATE 11:31 p.m. — Deputy at the scene says barn is fully engulfed.

UPDATE 11:38 p.m. — Deputy at scene reports that all livestock has been evacuated from the barn.
