The Sharing Center open house coverage

The Sharing Center, Western Kenosha County’s relief agency, held an open house at its Paddock Lake headquarters Saturday afternoon. Tours of the facility were offered, as well as the chance to place a hand print on a wall mural and have some ice cream. Center staff, members of the board of directors and volunteers were present to answer any questions.

As for the center’s needs, Peyton had this illuminating example. If everyone that receives the center’s newsletter were to contribute $10 per month, she said considerably more could be done by the center to help the area’s families in need through additional staff and materials.
