At about 12:30 a.m., sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a crash in about the 24200 block of 52nd Street (Highway NN) in Brighton.
Per dispatch: An SUV has struck a tree.
UPDATE 4:30 p.m. — The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene.
